Justin David Bristol
Often called “JD,” Justin Bristol knows his practice. But he is humble.
“No matter how much you think you know, there are always new things to learn. That’s why lawyers only practice law.”
JD is a litigation attorney with an emphasis in real estate, and construction. He also serves as associate counsel in general business litigation. He has been a member of the Washington State Bar since 2000 and is also licensed to practice in all Washington federal courts and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
JD got his start in construction and real estate after working for the general counsel of the Pierce County Master Builders Association who was also on the board of advisors for the Washington Multiple Listing Service.
“Construction is essential to the economy of Washington. So is land. You must have land to build, so construction and real estate make good sense together.”
But, to JD his practice is more than just a job.
“Our property, homes, and businesses are our greatest assets. It’s always best to protect our most valuable assets with careful planning, including legal counsel. If your property, home, or business are being threatened, that’s where I come in. My job is to avert risk and mitigate loss.”
